Hi, I changed address from 144 to 134 of the same street on 31.03.2024 and have been without internet since, I have called most days and have been notified that it should be fixed in 24-48 hours with no information on what the issue is….
I was asked to pay $100 CHF for what? to not even get internet in my new house. I’ve been left in the dark and no one will tell me what the issue is. If this issue isn’t resolved soon, I want to be able to end my contract soon and move to another internet provider
