The mentioned Blacklist entries are Policy Listings (spamhaus and spamrats). Policy Listings are normal for DHCP IP’s and are only relevant if a Mailserver is behind this IP’s.
For the Barracuda Blocklist we issued a removal request. But I don’t think that this listing has any influence on the reachability of the sites.

Anyways, I’m happy to report that something must have happened in the meantime because I can now access the affected URLs again like before. Maybe it was really that entry in the Barracuda blacklist. Thanks for your support. 🙂
