My router isn’t creating a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection, even though it’s enabled in the settings.

Did you try a factory reset to see if the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi comes back?

If you did and the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi isn’t working, you might want to call 0800 707 707 and ask them for help.

Factory reset did not help unfortunately. What should I do ? Can you try from remote to fix it?
