I have a situation that I can’t seem to find a solution for.
In December, I went to a store and signed up for the Up Home L service, presenting my Cultura card. I signed up for this service because, according to the Caritas website and yours, presenting this card would result in a lower bill than other customers. The bill should have been 39 francs/month and the activation fee was included. After a few calls and several visits to the store, the billing problem persists. I would like to know where the problem comes from. Is it my fault because I didn’t know how to interpret your information correctly? Is the problem due to the lack of training of your employees on this subject, or is it misleading ‘advertising’ and what appears on the website is not reliable
