Cant add option via sunrise online

Hi i am having trouble while trying to add option on my sunrise dashbored online, i click on my product and after that my UPC TV and after that option and after that add option, but i am not getting any products to added, and i tried to add options on 2 accounts, first account its main and second account its my brother on his house

So I went and called support, explained what happened and

The agent didn’t do anything, both things can happen. I figured, closing the site and signing in to MySunrise solves the problem temporarily. It comes and goes as it wishes. Fells more like playing lottery.

The agent told me he will report it to the web-developers… maybe 😉
