Consistently lost network for a few seconds

Hi Sunrise, I’ve noticed that our network is losing the network, especially in the night. The network usually comes back in less than a minute. This is the ping tracking stats I took during the drop. Could you help check if anything is going wrong in our setup? Thank you!

Have you already tried to restart the modem, so that everything connects again to the net.

Yes. I’ve tried that but it won’t work. It is also difficult to notice as the network comes back fast. But this affects streaming and gaming a lot.

panghu Can you please log in to MySunrise and surf to your Internet product? Then click on Options and deactivate Surf Protect once. Then check to see if the error is still there and get back to us.
