Apparently, the only way to make changes to a subscription is to call the number 800 100 600
BUT this number is only reachable within Switzerland and I am abroad for at least a month
I want to cancel my WIFI subscription at sunrise. I tried contacting the support by live chat and, even If told them that the number is not reachable abroad, they told me to call it because they can’t do anything from the chat and closed the chat in a pretty rude way in my opinion
Logged in at “mysunrise” there’s a cancel subscription page which literally redirects you to the phone number and live chat (which is totally useless). So how am I supposed to cancel my subscription if I can’t call the phone number?
