The recordings on my TV Box are not appearing/Available on my Mobile TV App. I am also unable to record the programmes on the Mobile App.

Any suggestions?

      You could try different credentials when signing in to the app.

      Options are phone number, email-address or your account number.

      Foxey Are you logged in with your MySunrise logindata (Email/Password)? If so, does the MySunrise login work and do you see your products such as TV, Internet, etc. when you log in to MySunrise?

        On the MySunrise App it does show the products in our account.

        I tried using different criteria to log in to the app (mobile number) but the SMS code never arrived ??
