Giga Connect Box

I need to do port forwarding for one of my devices, I’ve contacted Sunrise Support yesterday and asked for my internet to be configured to IPv4 instead of IPv6. I’ve reset and restarted my Giga Connect Box several times since then but there is still no port forwarding options under “Advanced Settings -> Security”. Any help would be appreciated.

    the change to IPv4 hasn’t happened yet.

    You can call support 0800 707 707 and request the change to be made again.

        The changeover has taken place and your modem is already on IPv4.
