Hello,

Everytime we want to watch something in replay we have to try it several times otherwise the sound doesn’t work. It only happens with the replay. Everything else works normally. Could it be an issue with the TV box?

I’ve already rebooted the box and the internent several times, but nothing works.

How exactly is the TV box connected? Are you using a sound system or is the sound running directly via the TV? What have you set in the Sound & picture settings menu? Does it say Dolby Digital or something else? Can you test other settings there?

did you follow the intructions to activate the replay function?

If you did, try to disable replay and activate it again.
