Subject: Formal Complaint – Incorrect Billing and Contract Dispute ( I am another previous UPC user)
Dear Sunrise Customer Service,
I am writing to formally dispute my current billing and the contract associated with my home internet service. In April 2025, after my previous contract ended, I was offered a new internet plan for CHF 34.95/month by a Sunrise representative. However, I was later billed CHF 74/month, and customer service informed me that my contract was actually CHF 120/month — which I never agreed to.
After multiple calls, your team promised a corrected rate of CHF 44/month. However, my recent bill is still CHF 74/month. I request that:
My bill be corrected immediately to reflect the agreed CHF 44/month.
All overcharges be refunded.
You send me a copy of the contract I allegedly agreed to.
Additionally, I was told that canceling the service will cost me CHF 2000, which I strongly dispute as I never accepted such terms.
Please resolve this within 10 working days, otherwise, I will escalate this issue to the Swiss Federal Consumer Protection and Ombudsman for Telecommunications.
