I am currently in India. I normally live in Switzerland and have a data roaming package with a monthly limit of chf 30.
- I made a couple of calls from India to USa, and then got blocked. So I went to cockpit sunrise and bought a chf19.90 2GB package for India and related countries. Now cockpit shows usage of . 2 Gb and available 1.8 Gb. How eve not able to make calls . Checked cockpit again and it said my monthly limit of chf 30 had been reached so no more usage. I increased my monthly limit to chf 300. I still have no access though 1.8 gb is available. Is this because The new monthly limit will become operational and valid only from March 1.? What solution is available for me to make calls right now. If you can help me understand what is happening and how to resolve my issue this will be most welcome. Thanks in advance.
