Can you please check your network equipments on :
80-218-176-1.dclient.hispeed.ch [80.218.176.1]
zur01pe20.eth-trunk0.bb.sunrise.net [212.161.247.129]
they seem to suffer network congestion or other issues very regularly through the day, usually during the evening, but not only.
This makes clients in the region routing through these routers suffer very large network spikes with pings that can reach above 2000 ms.
