unfortunately almost nobody on here is able to help you with this problem.
This is a user based community and we don’t have the ability to make technical changes.
You could try to disconnect the Connect Box 3 HFC from the Internet, reset the box to factory default, wait a couple of minutes (10 to 20 minutes), turn off the box, reconnect the Internet connection and start the box.
If @Sunrise_Team or @Daniele_Sunrise will look into your case, they might be able to help. But that will take some time too.
