Deco X50-5G compatibility?

Hi,

I have a Sunrise 5G subscription and the standard Huawei router that came with it when we got this 4 years ago. I now have a spare Deco X50-5G router from another house with a mesh satellite so I thought I would use this instead, but the Deco doesn’t manage to connect to the internet with the sunrise sim. When I set up the Deco the first time (with another carrier) all I had to do was insert the sim and then it worked perfectly (the Deco is not carrier restricted, it was bought separately). Any settings I need to change to make the Deco work with the sunrise sim?
