Hi, I was working for a customer last week and they have an issue with their Sunrise Connect Box 3 system. This is as follows: Dect telephony base station connected to Tel1 works without problem. Dect telephony base station connected to Tel2 does not work. If I switch the Dect base station devices from Tel2 to Tel1, then they work as expected. This suggests an issue with Tel2 on the router. Any thoughts on how to fix this are much appreciated! I’ve tried a simple restart of the router but that is all.

Could it be that this box therefore only accept one phone connection? I’ve previously seen Tel1 and Tel2 serve the same phone line on another box. I assumed that was the norm…
