2. Where should the MAC be removed from?
3. MAC Adresses are normally the Hardware Fingerprint of a Device and can’t be removed/repalced

Please provide us some more infos 🙂

edelweb As far as I know, we do not sell such phones to private customers. I therefore assume that you have received this via a business product. Please contact the business support for your request, as we do not have any tools to fulfill your request.

Thanks for the reminder, I am a Sunrise customer.
I want to give my Yealink SIP-T54W to a friend because I don’t need it anymore. So i told him to test it and see if it works, but he already verified that the factory reset was correct, he tried the default admin password and reinstalled or updated the firmware. All that went well. The problem is that during the provisioning process the device connects directly to the Sunrise server and the process has to be aborted. (The MAC address of the T54W is stored by Sunrise and this cannot be removed). Can Sunrise to remove the MAC address or not?
If that is true, then my friend cannot use this phone, I guess.
