Internet suddenly stopped wirking on connect box. I rebooted the box now it is always searching for a signal, the green arrows are always blinking. I have had it with upc this happens every month. Their support line is really bad, I think they only have 1 person who speaks english, I tried to call, after 20 minutes a German speaker picks up, they put me on hold for an English speaking employee, i hung up after being put on hold for another 25 minutes. Anyone having internet problems in Geneva 1204 area??????

I am living in Geneva, but in 1202. It seems there is no problem.

May you tell me which lights are blinking on your Connect Box? Calling the hotline during the weekend can be annoying mostly if you don’t speak french and german because the support deson’t have lots of employees who speak english.
