You don’t have Internet because your Technicolor Modem is receiving no data from the UPC’S network. If it is not already done, you might:
- Unplug the modem’s power cable for ten seconds and then plug it back in.
- If nothing changes, reset your modem
Again, if nothing changes, you have to call the hotline. I guess your modem is brocken and need to be changed.
