Since a long time ago (I believe when Sunrise was created) the pod stopped connecting to the UPC modem. The issue is that I don’t have the access to the application to do it manually.

Can I somehow connect the pod to the modem without the app? I tried different methods and nothing seems to be working. My PC says that Ethernet via the pod doesn’t have a valid IP configuration, thus unable to deliver connection

There is no way for you to add the pod other then calling support 0800 707 707 or wait for @Daniele_Sunrise or the @Sunrise_Team to help you.

your customer number, address, Connect Pod serial number and date of birth

Jackson This is correct. Since you are using a product from Poland in Poland, you need to contact your provider in Poland. We, Sunrise or UPC Switzerland, cannot help you here.
