Requests timed out on all IPv4 servers

Frequently during the day, multiple servers (HTTP, Steam, ICMP, etc) yield a request timed out message especially when the endpoint is an IPv4 address. I noticed this by running tracerts on domains and whenever the address resolves to IPv4, the entire Request is timed out.

I have already run a diagnostic thru your website and it reports no problems … but there is a problem.

My device ID is E45740F46A99. Secondly when I switched from UPC to Sunrise I was promised a modem upgrade but didn’t receive one… The internet is unusable for hours now. This phenomenon started happening since last week.

I can’t tell you why you have the error pattern you have described. However, I can change your modem to IPv4 if you wish.

I have also just initiated a modem replacement. You will receive the new modem in the next few days. Please replace all cables and the power supply unit with the new ones in the packaging.
