I am experiencing an issue with connecting my company laptop to my home Wi-Fi network, and I would appreciate your assistance.
Here are the details of the problem:
• Wi-Fi Network: Sunrise Wi-Fi at home (modem model: ConnectBox3).
• Issue: My laptop cannot connect to the internet because it does not pass the Security Gateway.
• Security Gateway Software: GlobalProtect.
• My company laptop connects successfully to all private and public Wi-Fi networks except for my home network.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue or provide guidance on how to configure my laptop or network to make the connection work.
