Hispeed Email was not recognized online

i would need urgent help in fixing the mail account for mg grandparents. They had a hispeed mail adress for ages that now does not work anymore / and they also forgot their password… trying to rest it di not work as the mail adress was not recognized online.

Is there ang way to restore the account?
