xNuno Hello, I have been having some issues with the latency, happens randomly but frequently, I get some packet losses and very high ping, it’s specially annoying when playing online games. Any help is appreciated. Thank you
Xydocq hello xNuno Cable connections in general are known for issues with latency and bad pings. Some things you can try: check if your Connect Box 3 uses ipv6, if it does changing it to ipv4 might help try using a VPN-connection when playing a game (there are some free-VPN services so no need to pay for one) try to set the DNS-Servers on the client manualy, use googles DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) at last and least, something I would NOT recommend to try, unless you own a router and don’t have to buy one. Run the Connect Box 3 on Bridge Mode and use your own router to connect to the internet. According to “some people” this made playing more enjoyable, I can’t confirm this fully.
