Hi. Could you help? In the morning Horizon TV was working as it should. In the afternoon it crashed - no tv signal, just an error code 2020. Cables were not touched so what happend? I could not reach anyone on the hotline so I decided to reset horizon box to its factory settings. Unfortunatelly after restart the error code 1002 popped up. I only get a message that there is no connection/no signal. What to do??
