This just keeps getting better and better.
I was told on the phone to return the new router to avoid paying the fees, which I did 2 days later.
Another day later my connection stopped working (with the old battle-proven router). Another phone call revealed that some information internally had been switched to the new router already and that it was unclear whether the old one could be made to work again.
A day later another call. This time at least a call back. I’m told that its not possible to reconfigure my connection for the old router and that a new router will again be sent to me.
Yet another day later my Internet connection is up and running with the old router.
A week later no new router in sight, at least somebody must have figured out that the old one could work again.
CLEARLY THE LEFT HAND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT HAND IS DOING!
