My internet stopped working today around 12 noon, the second time in the past few weeks. Tried calling UPC but gave up after waiting 30 minutes to speak to someone.
I also sent an email via the contact page but based on previous experience I do not have much hope for a reply.
Do UPC actually care about customers? Are there minimum service levels they are contractually obligated to meet?
Any ideas on how to obtain some semblance of service gratefully accepted.
