The next and final Change Day this year is set to bring you new channels and more HD.
On 16 November 2016, we will be switching on new channels for all UPC customers. Fans of Italy in particular can look forward to the new RAI channel in HD quality. The channels Joiz HD, EinsPlus and ZDF.kultur have ceased operating. They will now be completely removed from the list of channels available.
These changes will lead to a few channel slot adjustments. Horizon and Mediabox devices will automatically update the list of channels. Those using a DigiCard or converter may have to perform a manual channel search. From November 7 on, you may find details on our Change Day website.
