Cannot access sunrise.box or 192.168.1.1

Irrespective of which browser I use - I’ve tried it with Edge, Safari and Chrome - any time I try to access 192.168.1.1 or sunrise.box, the browser does not open the page. I have tried using http and https, restarted the modem several times, but to no avail. Please note that the Wifi works on my devices and I can ping sunrise.box and 192.168.1.1 (return time in the milliseconds). Note that I’m using a Sunrise Fiber Internet Box Zyxel (F08756064DE0)

These modems are used by other companies.

Virgin Media (UK) uses them, where they’re called the “Hub 5”. They have the same problem and there’s no fix on the horizon.

Sunrise uses the exact same firmware it seems, as checking the html source code on my CB3 shows references to Virgin.

I don’t know if this is your problem too. I can access the page, but it is all white. I have to reboot the modem every few days in order to get the admin interface accessible again.
