I am a former UPC customer. In the past the UPC connect app was working well. Currently however, the Sunrise Connect App can not find my network. “Oops! Something went wrong”. I have a Connect Box 2. I already tried to re-install the Connect App (on different phones) and logging in with e-mail address of customer number but unfortunately nothing works. Please let me know what to do. I see this is a common problem in the community, however no clear solution (other than calling the hotline without success).
