Now that the website has been redesigned, it’s time to give the Community an all-new look – with a much clearer structure, new and handy features, plus a mobile-optimised design. #yay!
We are redesigning the Community for you. The design will be in line with the UPC website and optimised for mobile use. We are also taking this opportunity to activate new and handy features such as Wiki. Work is already in progress. Over the next few weeks, certain modifications will have to be made to ensure the seamless introduction of the newly designed Community. Naturally, we will keep you informed.

A complete facelift
The biggest change will be in the design, which will be optimised for mobile use (i.e. a responsive design). This will enable user-friendly access to the Community even when on the go. We are also taking this opportunity to introduce an informative home page, including current hot topics in the Community, all the latest UPC news as well as quick and easy access to the most popular Support videos – all at a glance. And, due to popular demand, we are giving Community members the opportunity to choose their own avatar, too!
We will also be modifying the layout, to make it more streamlined. All in all, the Community will be more clearly structured, user-friendly and informative.

Community Wiki
Over 16,000 registered users have written over 93,000 posts and generated countless solutions. This collective knowledge is being pooled together in a Community Wiki, making it quicker and easier for you to find the information and solution you are looking for. Not only is this a key new feature, it has also been requested by the Community.
Further new features will improve user-friendliness. For example, to send a user a PN, all you have to do is roll the mouse over their avatar and a user profile will pop up. Then click on “Send message” in the window to write a message.
Work in progress
The “new” Community is set to be launched in January 2017. Until then, modifications will have to be made to the current Community. Naturally, we will keep you informed about the nature of these modifications and the effect they will have on the current Community. We will make every effort to ensure that this causes as little disruption as possible. In the event that we don’t succeed, we would like to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
We are also looking for interested users to take part in our beta test. As soon as we’re ready, we’ll let you know here!

PS: The photos shared here are draft designs and may differ from the final design. They will, however, give you a fairly good idea of how the new Community will look.
