I am suffering constant technical interruption with the service at my adress.
-Why the infraestrcutre from UPC is not stabile i nthe region?
-Why the Customer Service tools shows that the line connection is OK when it is totally not?
-Why the are maitenance task in the region and the user are not informmed about that?
-Why the customer service cannot open a technical ticket and escalate the problem?
-How many months do I have to wait for receiving an acceptable service?
Too many question for a disappointened user.
IF THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVE I WILL CHANGE THE SUPPLIER
