NordVPN connects but not website is loaded

Hello.

Switched from UPC to Sunrice and now when I used NordVPN it connects but no website is ever loaded.

In addition the speed should be 2.5 Gbit/s and is only 350 Mbps with continous “page not loaded” interruptions… Which means paying for faster internet but getting slower internet than before.

Any suggestions to fix these issues?

We have made the switch to IPv4, which will be completed in a few minutes. This change can solve your error pattern with NordVPN. Can you please test the speed again afterwards without an active VPN? The signal values of your modem are set correctly in any case.

Daniele_Sunrise Many thanks for your quick reply. The NordVPN issue seems to be solved. Unfortunately the speed is still not very high, max around 800Mbits with direct cable and no active VPN.

Wendeplatte To get 2.5Gbit speed, you need to connect your device via LAN 4. You can find more information about 2.5 Gbit speed here.

Many thanks, unfortunately none of my computers here reached more than 800Mbit despite doing as per the instruction link.

From my understanding for Wifi the maximum speed that can be achieved is between 1.1 Gbit and 1.6 Gbit. Having devices compatible with Wifi 6 standard and being directly next to the router also do not achieve more than 800Mbit.

Any ideas?
