we have customers complain that they cannot render content from our Knowledgebase, primarily “static.helpjuice.com” is not being resolved.
Tracert and Nslookup commands show that the page static.helpjuice.com (or any other subdomain like ours: luware.helpjuice.com) does not resolve for Sunrise and Salt customers. However it does work just fine for Wingo and Swisscom.

This is not the first time that helpjuice.com gets flagged or not resolved correctly for Sunrise customers. See:
