I share the frustration here.
Ordered the AW Ultra2 on 26-Nov, paid 100% in full. I believe at the time it said 2-3 days delivery time. I was really looking forward to the device as it was a birthday gift and the birthday has now passed.
Two weeks later, no sign of it. No confirmation email after having placed the order so no way to automatically track it and I must get very lucky to reach customer support to get an update. This is ridiculous from such a company.
No updates. Nada. They just take your money and leave you hanging dry.
I would appreciate if any of you customers would come back to update here if you receive your AW ultra 2. Thanks.
