Hi,
Around once a day, I have to manually reboot my modem as internet becomes so slow that webpages don’t load and TV channels fail with “internet too slow” messages on my TV box.
As well as this, my modem has taken to rebooting once or twice a day by itself.
Could someone with authority (such as @Daniele_Sunrise or another member of the @Sunrise_Team) please check the diags and let me know if the modem is dying (it is quite old) or is just stuck trying to do something? Thanks.
