Good morning, my wife’s Switch was not connected to the WiFi, and could not connect even when entering the correct password. After a few restart attempts on the Connect Box 2, it was no longer able to be found as a network on our phones (which was connected before). Even a hard reset and still couldn’t be found. Also the Box seemed unresponsive to the reset. Is it just an old box that needs replacing? (2 years now), or is there some other issue? Diagnostic showed none, so just confused what else to do.
