Activate port Forward Connecting Box 3

Dear community,

i succesfully install new Connecting Box 3 with internet access. Unfortunately port forwarding settings are not available in the configuration. I read in other posts that a change in configuration is required to switch from IPV6 to IPV4. How can i request / perform such a step ?
