How to cancel my contract from UPC?

Hi,

I’ve called twice into number 0800 989 989 to cancel my contract, first the 5th of October 2016, someone told me that I would receive a new call the 6th of October at 11:00 am to confirm it but no one called me.

Today, 07.10.2016 I’ve called and again someone told me that I would be called TODAY but still no one called me yet.

Is this the way to keep customers? 😉

Please someone contact me as soon as possible to cancel de contract.

This is not normal that you haven’t receive any written confirmation nor any call from the support. Unfortunataly, I’m not working for UPC, so I can’t tell you at what stage your cancellation is.

There are many ways to cancel all the services you have with UPC. You may call UPC (0800 989 989) or send a letter at:

I’ve also been having problems to cancel my subscription. Does anyone know the address of where I can send a registered mail with my request to cancel all my services please ?

Not sure, I’ve contacted myself to the Customer Center as no one contacted me, I’m still waiting for the written confirmation, it should arrive per post I hope.
