In August I spoke over the phone with a sunrise representative to freeze my contract. I am going to be abroad for a few months and therefore do not need any home internet because nobody will be at home to use it.
Now I have received a bill for the date range: 01.10.24 - 31.10.24 - so I know this is not some sort of residual payment for September or before. I made it clear that I would be out of the country starting from late September and therefore I need my account to be frozen from October onwards.
How can I resolve this and make it crystal clear that I want my account frozen until I return and explicitly ask them to unfreeze my account?
