I have received an email and letter from a debt collector! All my bills are paid on all services, this is clearly something that has gone wrong with the extremely messy handover between UPC and Sunrise. I have tried to email and call Sunrise and of course there is no answer on a weekend. The debt collectors are asking for an extra CHF 80 on top of the bills that are marked as paid online. Has anyone else experienced the same, any advice? Not a nice thing to have to deal with on a Saturday morning….
