Hello everyone. I recently moved in my new apartment and received my CB3 fiber yesterday and also received an email from Sunrise today saying I could now connect the device. So I connected the CB3 fiber to the correct fiber socket with the supplied cables as instructed in the email. At the beginning the device had a solid white light but moments later began blinking blue and stayed that way. I could connect my phone to WIFI but there wasn’t internet connection. Since then I’ve tried restarting and resetting the CB but always ended up getting blinking blue light and now there’s nothing else I can try.
One thing worth mentioning is that last week I was informed by Sunrise customer support that the fiber socket connection in my apartment was still occupied by Swisscom, probably because the previous tenants didn’t report their relocation or terminate their contract with Swisscom. Then customer support told me they could terminate the old connection and activate it for me and it shouldn’t take more than one week. But perhaps the connection is still occupied by Swisscom or the activation isn’t done yet?
