Hi all,

I became a new Sunrise customer with the Flex Upgrade and the new iPhone 16 Pro Max, which should come with additional Apple services according to the Sunrise information when I ordered it and this page: https://www.sunrise.ch/en/support/mobile/services/flex-upgrade/applecare

However, it’s been already 2 weeks since I got the phone and I see no option to get the Sunrise services

Is there anyone from Sunrise working here?

Just ignoring this topic and phone support is also useless

I have spoken 3 times with support and gotten 3 different answers and none resolved it.

One told me to make a new Apple ID and says it doesn’t work with existing ones.

Another told me to go talk to Apple (and Apple says it has nothing to do with them).

And lastly I was told to just wait

Can you assist here?
