Thank you, the technician did come. He did nothing more than we had explained over the phone many times to the technical support staff, so while we were happy the issue was resolved it could have been resolved on the first call a month ago. Our box ID and MAC address did not match what Sunrise had in their system, which we pointed out a number of times. A little frustrating to have gone through all those hours on the phone and days without internet, but pleased a solution was acieved.
