I suggest you to do the following manipulations to fix your issue:
- Restart your Horizon Box
- Check if the Internet is working well by connecting a LAN cable between your box and a laptop or a computer.
- Check if the fixed network works (if your subscription containes TV - Internet - Fixe network)
If the situation doesn’t change, you should contact the UPC’s support: 0800 66 88 66
