Was changed to Sunrise from UPC without my knowledge
Sunrise sent bills to the wrong address
Sunrise suspended my internet connection
Spent 1h on the phone. Paid all bills (and fines)
Reactivation doesn’t work. Took about 5 days
A few days later I try to register a move
Order new product for new address
New box arrives at old address
Bring box to new address
No fiber at new address
Try to call number I was given. Number does not exist
Nobody cares
