I have a specific question about the eSIM activation: After purchasing the eSIM, is it activated immediately, or can the customer choose to activate it on a different day?

You can find the QR code to activate the eSIM in your MySunrise account. Scan it to activate the SIM card.

Thank you for your message.

Please follow the steps below to activate the eSIM:

Go to My Sunrise and click on “My products” at the top.
Select the “Details” option for the number you want to activate.
At the bottom you can select different topics; then click on “SIM and devices”.
Finally, you will find the option “Activate SIM card”. If you click on this, a QR code will be displayed that you need to scan.
