Hello.

My bills have been charged wrongly since April 2024.

Due to the many products, I have some discounts.
When I go to “My Products” and choose “Up TV L” in the Overview tab I can see the monthly cost.

However when I go to Costs and discount tabs I see the discount of 30 CHF as follows:
NAME END DATE AMOUNT
Sunrise Up Fixnet Benefit – 10.00
Up Internet & TV Benefit – 20.00

However, the 30CHF discount is not reflected in the total amount of the bill.

Until March 2024 the discount was reflecting properly on the bill.
