Hi,

How can I switch my modem to ipv4 ? I can only do filtering over ipv6 for the moment (but it seems I have a WAN ipv4 address)

It is advertised that Sunrise is now in 2.5 Gbps, but I can only reach 1 Gbps (my inner network should not be a problem as I am using a 10 Gbps internal network). How can I test the connexion link speed ?

    If you plug your computer into LAN 4 and it has a 2.5Gbit network interface card (NIC) installed, you will get the 2.5Gbit speed. You can find more information about 2.5Gbit speed and the requirements here.
    I have also noticed that the modem signal is not set optimally. We have created a technician order for this. You will be contacted within 24 hours to arrange an appointment. Please contact us after the technician visit with feedback.
