I received a new device (Connect Box 3) with a letter telling me to dispose of my old device (Connect Box 2).
I followed the instructions and disposed of the Connect Box 2 but now I just got an email telling me to return it.
The device has already been disposed of, but I cant answer the email. Are you able to fix this @Sunrise_Team ?
For future reference, how should I contact you? I don’t see any direct contact forms.
